2.1 Speakers under 1800

1) i want to get a 2.1 speaker for my PC .

2) Max budget is 1800

3) The only use of the speakers will be watching moves ... I dont listen to music

4) I live in a apartment , so i can never use high volume (neighbours come
screeming at me) ... I need speakers that sound great at low - medium
volume

Kindly suggest me some good speakers ..........

A friend of mine was also mentioning me about Logitech Z313 and also Altec Lansing VS2621 .. which is better

Still not decided .. i have to get it by tomorrow itself

Both the above mentioned speakers are good. As per different opinions in this forum, Z313 is probably slightly superior. However, it's user perception and you can't go wrong with any of these two.
The F&D speaker I've suggested is also quite good and it has USB port. So you can directly play music from your pen drive.

Saw the reviews for f & d. They are great year. But my only problem is there are no service center in Chennai. Also the product is not available on ebay, so i won't be able to use my 250 discount coupon

considering all these, I guess logitech Will be good option. I Will be paying some 500 less
