A headache so strong that disprin is failing. Best to get a checkup done from doctor.

Strong lemon. And a slightly higher salt than average.

Best medicine is to avoid medicines as much you can. But if its out of control get Voveran D tablet, mix in water properly and drink. It works 100% for me.

lol. Headaches are usually causes due to chemical imbalance in the brain or near that area. So the safest way to cure a headache is to apply a good balm like tiger balm and rest even if you are lying down with eyes closed. You can see if that helps, else see a doctor.
