1 tb usb 3.0 under rs.4000 needed

i need an external usb 3.0 hard drive of 1 tb or more under rs 4000 and the most important feature im looking for is transfer speed. i want the best transfer speeds available on an external hdd under rs.4000..please recommend

Today I saw few Toshiba portable 1TB HDD for just under 4k on ebay. Seagate was around 4.2k.

Do not buy the bulky 1TB HDD. Get the 2.5 inch portable ones.

Here's the thing about USB 3.0 .,. most HDD are just USB 3.0 compatible , you have to buy an additional USB 3.0 extender to enable USB 3.0 functionaity. Bear that in mind.
