taskbar

Hi guys, I bought a new Computer..... And iam noticing that my PC time in my taskbar is getting slow by almost a minute everyday...... When i compare my watch after 3-4 days with my pc times almost 3-4 minutes difference shows.... I bought a new PC i suppose my motherboard BIOS cell...

my modem is dlink dfm-560es modem.recently it has stopped workin and even if ti connects after several hits and trials no web page opens.When i open the cinnection status dialog box from the taskbar it shows that errors have occured in receiving data.what should i do.my service is bsnl netone...

Well Guys ,there is some problem with taskbar,as whenever i start viewing a movie,The taskbar gets shaking till i cgange the movie view to fullscreen well Can anyone help me out?
