I am not able to click on anything. Even if I refresh, the result is the same. But when I open it via incognito mode it works fine. How to fix this?

I have a Lenovo Ideapad Y500 laptop which came with Windows 8 pre-installed.
I have some minor bugs, so I tried to refresh it but I can't
(I deleted a 20GB empty hidden partition while installing & cloning my C drive from HDD to SSD, maybe that's why..... Any way to get refresh & reset back...
Has anyone here tried to overclock their monitor's refresh rate. I just read that a refresh rate of upto 100Hz is possible on the y500. But I guess that will reduce the lifespan of the screen.
Urgent help needed
i accidentaly increased the Refresh rate of my Dell IN1930 from 60 to 120hz.
Now i cant access my user mode but only the safe mode. In safe mode no option to change refresh rate.
Now every time open the user mode a box appears saying to reduce the resolution to 1360*768...
Hii every one..Suggest me a good LCD tv for gaming with refresh rate above 100hz (preferably sony bravia..). sound output should be pretty descent while listening sounds of all pitch n frequencies...

i buyed acer laptop 5740g with 1 gb ati mobility radeon 5650 graphics card yesterday .
but i am getting screens like this while playing counter strike / gta or even sometimes at windows .
i have windows 7 home premium .
the screen comes but when i refresh it , it becomes normal again...
