just got broadband connection from MTNL Delhi with Unlimited 256 Kbps plan, but torrent/limewire, direct download speed never exceed 25/27 kbps, sometime in bittorrent for a sec or two i see 60/100 kbps (upload speed) than drop down back to 10-20 kbps (upload speed).... wireless modem/router...
