initialization

Whenever I shutdown windows, I get this message: "dwwin.exe - DLL Initialization Failed -The application failed to initialize because the window station is shutting down." The message pops up quickly and dissappears only during shutdown. How to rectify this problem?

when you initialize an array, why can you only declare its elements like {1,2,3} when you initialize it and not just like x = {5,6,7}?
