Whenever I shutdown windows, I get this message:

"dwwin.exe - DLL Initialization Failed -The application failed to initialize because the window station is shutting down."

The message pops up quickly and dissappears only during shutdown. How to rectify this problem?

It seems there are a error regarding Dr. Watson in your Windows Installation.

To rectify it, go to your command prompt and enter:
Code:
Drwtsn32 -i

This is what I found in the PC magazine website:

FILENAME: Dwwin.exe.
PROGRAM NAME: Dr. Watson.
DESCRIPTION: Microsoft application error-reporting tool, which gathers data about malfunctioning software and can send it to Microsoft.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Permit once to transmit this information.
