dth

I live in Delhi I am thinking of getting a DTH conection(Dish TV). can I connect it to a tv tuner card since I do not have a tv. also how am i going to listen the the radio channels that I receive on the dth antenna on my PC. the connecton that I am taking is of zee,they do not give...

i don't really know if i should start a new thread or not...but i am interested to know if it is possible to get interbet through the dth connection. if yes is it available in India? a few friends of mine tell me that it's available in USA. if yes, what ib the top speed?

help.....i am thinking about purchasing a dth but i don't know much about it...which brand is better...what about the warrantty? can it be installed by my self? what is the reception like?
