I want to learn and program compute clusters and they seem to be the only good option cheap and open enough to work with.

i have bought a new samsung hard disk SP 0822N. after some days i noticed that there were bad clusters formed in the drive. i would like toknow how bad clusters are formed. what are the causes. i have got my new hdd replaced since it is under warrenty but the new hdd is also giving the same...
My harddisk has developed bad clusters, which has considerably reduced the speed of my computer. I know that bad clusters cannot be removed, but is there any software which can mark the Bad Sectors and seperate them out so that they are not used by the programs on my PC
