HI EVERYONE I M HAVING FEW DVDs AND NOW I WANT TO CONVERT THEM IN A 700mb CD. plz tell which software is best for this N method too. thanx in advance

whenever i download anything fom torrent; it uploads more than what is being downloaded. i.e. if i am downloading a 700mb file then upload goes to 900mb. What should i do? i use utorrent for downloadind..
