guys the run command ..windows + R is is missing .. its shows ..the operations has been disabled due to restrictions in this machine..plz contact sys admn... cant even find run command in start up,, i want to access gpedit.msc command so as to unlock the locked registry...

hi all this is my first post in the forum i am experiencing some probs with my system. whenever i try to edit the registry by using regedit in run.. it says "registry editing disabled by administrator." i feel its a virus or spyware or something like that secondly, i cant access the task...
