Gaming PC for Rs.40k. With some queries

ICE COOOOL!!!
1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: I would be using mainly for Playing Games like DOTA 2, Upcoming Fifa series, Far Cry 4, GTA 5, Upcoming NFS games, Batman : Arkham Series, COD Series, and similar blockbuster games. Along with gaming i would also be doing photo editing using Photoshop & lightroom.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: Rs.40k Max. I can extend but with slow investment. May be in couple of months or so.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: Never

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: For now Windows 7. May upgrade to 8 or 10 in the future.

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 1 TB would suffice.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: No. I aleady have a monitor. It’s Resolution is 1366x768. It’s Dell E1914H.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: I don’t want Optical Drive, Monitor(as said above), Speakers.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: By August month end.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: I haven’t. But I know what to fix where ;)

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: I live in Udupi, Karnataka. Yes buying locally. I think I can get everything locally. If buying PC Parts online are safe then yeah i would give it a try.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Yes there are many
1. I currenty live in Kumta, Karwar (very close to the Sea). So during summer, the temperature rises like hell, also there is too much moisture & humidity here. In my office the system wouldn’t start and had to clean RAM, sometime BSOD would appear. Also I used Zotac 9600GT 512 gfx card, which rose to temp like ~110 degree C. So need some more fans in the case or better cooling systems may be!?.
2. I had got assembled PC before with the help from digit forum itself. It was one the best PC I ever worked. I could play games on it till 2012 I guess. Then the system became outdated. And the system lasted till 2015 until I changed my HDD as WD had lots of Bad sectors. I sold it in 2016. So I would expect that this system would be future proof until 2020( I know im expecting too much as technology changing every day.) It was a AMD config. So i would like to taste Intel this time. My previous PC config was power hogging. So to reduce electricity bills suggest power efficient ones. Heard that PSU can do this Job!? (Not in touch with technology these days).
3. Also i have dust problem at home. This might be common to most of them. But is there anyway or some tools available to clean them regularly?
4. I would be playing all the games in 1366x768 resolution with max settings.
5. I need UPS.

These prices are local CTC,Secunderabad prices.
Amazon prices are too much over priced.

OP can go to SP Nagar, Bangalore to get good prices rather buying from Amazon.in

Dude you can get i5 6500 for 14k at SP Road. At least thats what few shops quoted me coupla weeks back. But not much price difference in other components between Amazon & SP Road. I bought a Hyper 103 from Golcha for 1.9k (exactly the same in Amazon). Ankit Infotech gave me a 8GB DDR3 1866MHz Kingston Hyper Fury X for 2.5k - 400 bucks cheaper than Amazon. So CPU is the only component where you might see the price difference.

1. I'm not happy with GTX 750i 2gb. I cant even play fifa 17, farcry 4 etc. (checked in game debate) Any other cards? gtx 960 price and brand?
2. Is antec vp500w 80+ bronze certified? Is it energy efficient? alternate options?
3. What UPS will i need?

I will go with this configuration but without gfx card. I'll have to wait & collect more money. Until then can i run atleast dota 2 with above config without gpu? :p
Any more suggestions are welcomed.

Good decision for not going with GTX960 GPU. If you wait for another 2-3 months GTX1050 will be released @ around 14-15k. Yes DOTA can be played by using onboard iGPU of the processor.

If you're not gonna overclock, I think you can postpone after market cooler too, you can get if you find the need of it.
