Windows 10 violating privacy

Hi Guys,

I was reading on the internet that Windows 10 violates our privacy by this-

Data syncing is by default enabled.
Browsing history and open websites.
Apps settings.
WiFi hotspot names and passwords.

Your device is by default tagged with a unique advertising ID.
Used to serve you with personalized advertisements by third-party advertisers and ad networks.

Cortana can collect any of your data.
Your keystrokes, searches and mic input.
Calendar data.
Music you listen to.
Credit Card information.
Purchases.

Microsoft can collect any personal data.
Your identity.
Passwords.
Demographics.
Interests and habits.
Usage data.
Contacts and relationships.
Location data.
Content like emails, instant messages, caller list, audio and video recordings.
Your data can be shared.

When downloading Windows 10, you are authorizing Microsoft to share any of above mentioned data with any third-party, with or without your consent.

Now we can turn some of these features off while installing the OS and selecting customize. But for the systems that come preinstalled with this OS there are MANY softwares available online that permanently disable these settings. If we use them and these settings are permanently disabled then the OEM will not give any warranty because these softwares are not legit as per them. Now is there any good software that disables these settings temporary or for as long as we want them to be disabled?

Thanks

OEMs give warranty for hardware, not the software. Unless you flash a modded bios, warranty would be valid.

No dear. The preinstalled OS in HP comes with junk softwares along with HP support assistant. According to them a user can install anything but if any system files of their assistant or the OS's is messed up with, the warranty is void. Hell if we fresh install Win 10 without the support assistant, it won't be activated.

Violating ones privacy is a myth.
What Microsoft is doing was to ensure every individual's safety not compromised by few fanatics.

A serious question to mods, who approves the new posts these days?

Violating privacy is a wrong misconception where safeguarding individuals right to live & other rights should be the prime focus rather than make deliberate remarks to gather attention.

Safeguarding individuals right is now has become a more of a co-ordinated effort the world over.

Some MS software gathering so much amount of information without anybodys consent should not be overlooked because this is a co-ordinated effort with consent from who ever is responsible for individuals right be it any country in the world.

I think you got my point buddy.

No one. I think moderated posts are turned off. And thus it's becoming a challenge for us to find these stuffs which are being posted on old age threads.

then we'll soon be flooded with bots.

I'm thinking of downgrading to Windows 8. many people telling the same, you can yourself see that during installation of W10 you have option to opt out of the "info-collecting scheme, to improve Microsoft like collecting keystrokes".

find it in Windows 10 start menu -> settings> privacy, (default options are so that Microsoft evades your privacy very easily)

But at some point we all have to move to Win10. Then What we will do. Cause Microsoft will not change its policies.
Currently I am avoiding Win10 as there are issues like frequent disconnection from a nerwork which will spoil the online gaming.

Microsoft can be more trusted than google I find MS services to be safe e.g use their email service you will not receive single spam in your inbox.

And Microsoft deals with many companies most of them have strict privacy policy so they will never do this kind of thing.
