1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')

Ans: Trading in the financial market(s) [Stocks,Futures,Options] ; Playing Chess (Note : Separate Graphics Card is not needed for Chess, the Processor needs to be strong for Chess) ; Downloading and viewing online videos ; HD Movies/Videos ; Opening multiple Windows with lots of tabs (may be more than 100).

Gaming : No

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.

Ans: 60 to 70 k(may be a little higher if needed).

3. Planning to overclock?

Ans: No.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?

Ans: Windows 10.

5. How much hard drive space is needed?

Ans: 1 TB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.

Ans: 21-22" ...1080p Resolution with inbuilt speakers.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?

Ans: I want to buy everything new.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?

Ans: Soon.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?

Ans: I will be needing an assembler.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?

Ans: I prefer local purchase. II live in Kolkata.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?

It's been long time since I thought about chess. :)
Wow!!! How do you manage to do both Stock trading and playing Chess? Both demands lot of brain work and handling two things is one helluva thing.

Going by this post you can either pick up i5 6600 or the suggested FX8350.

Thanks.Yup both are lot of brain work.:)

What do you think would be a good Motherboard with 7-8 USB ports to use from the cabinet?

- - - Updated - - -

@ above query on mobo,I mean with i5 skylake.

stock trading most of all needs at least, like at least bare minimum Dual Monitor setup.
Bigger the screens, the better.Go with dual LG 23inch monitors.
also need that ssd for fast file opens.

Thanks. How do you think I may reduce the rays from the monitor as I have to stare at the screen for 12 to 15 hours, may be.For my current CRT,I used a screen guard which helped to ease the eye strain.

I think all the motherboard has more than 8 usb ports. But readily available will be different from model to model. Mostly you will get at least 6 in back and 2 in the front, and the rest you can access from the mid board using some kinda cable.
i5 6600 costs about 17200/-
