Help me in getting new CPU+mb+ram under 30000

Guys
Want some help from you. I am a blogger, I currently have this configuration.
Intel i3-2100
DH61WW
4GB DDR3 RAM (1333MHZ)
I purchased this 4 years back.

Recently I purchased new WDC 1TB hdd and Samsung 850 EVO SSD.
SSD is not at all performing well with my sata board with 3GB/s Intel DH61WW
Is it the right time for me, to buy new CPU, MB and DDR4 ram? I want to take advantage of SSD with new MB, CPU and RAM, and I am on Windows 10 PRO 64-bit.
Windows 10 64-bit and SSD are just forcing me to get much better HW.
Give me better CPU+MB+RAM under 30000,+ suggest cabinet and required SMPS.
I don't want to upgrade for another 10 years with new config.

I guess, you wouldn't have expected to upgrade after 4yrs, did you? But the technological advancement makes you to think about upgrading, though your current system is good enough for your need. So, you will likely to think about upgrading again after 4-5yrs.

In your budget you can even accommodate an i5 but in my opinion Pentium is suffice. But the latest Pentium cost as much previous gen i3. Then, should you go for latest i3? I don't know. You do your own research and weigh up your priorities before going for an upgrade.

* You can even go for Seasonic ECO for 3500/-. Since you have budget, I quoted a better rated PSU.

I assume you write as a blogger, not make videos (vlogger?)

Yes, I am tech writing blogger, not a video blogger. Thanks for your reply.
I live in tenali, Guntur district (Andhra Pradesh)
I am willing to buy i5, but not i3, as I've 2nd generations i3 anyway, upgrading to same processor doesn't add value or give performance I think.
What do you say about this
check frequently bought together under product for combination
Amazon.in: Buy Intel Core i5 6500 (LGA1151 Socket, 3.20 Ghz Turbo Boost to 3.60 Ghz, 6MB Cache) - 6th Generation Skylake for Intel Z170 Chipset DDR4/DDR3L Technology Online at Low Prices in India | Intel Reviews & Rating
Can I go with that and purchase on amazon. Will find cabinet and SMPS in local stores. What do you say? Thanks in advance.

- I am more like you, surfing this section to understand about these components a bit more before going for an upgrade. If you're not in a hurry better wait for someone who is more knowledgeable to suggest.
- You may be willing, but in my view I don't think you will see/notice any performance improvement. In fact, for you need i3 have an upper hand over i5.
- Most of the time, I hear local shops prices are better than online. If there is an offer online/you have discount coupons/you can't find the product locally you can go ahead and buy online.
- Personally, I wouldn't go anything over i3 for the given task.

I don't know how much I can save when I purchase these items locally, but travelling (to CTC secunderabad and lodging+ other expenses) will sumup the price when I order from home on online shopping sites. I can estimate I may save at least 3k when purchase in CTC or more?

Many computer component companies are not accepting for RMA when buying from Online. This is from my personal experience.

Moreover you can a take a early morning train to Secunderabad and CTC opens by 11pm only, so you can buy in the afternoon and take a train back home in the evening or night. So no lodging is involved here buddy.

May I know which configuration you use.
Can I postpone the upgrade by replacing 4GB with 8GB Ram, I know its up to me. But what do you say?
Before this upgrade plan I ordered Kingston hyperx DDR3 2*4GB, which has reached me yesterday, which I can return if I want, as they shipped red-colored module as I placed order for blue ones.
But I am swinging between using this paired RAM or upgrade, upgrade costs more and I also need to travel and bring them to home.
I have already Windows 10 activated for my PC through upgrade offer (not a branded PC, retail version), If I change all components and install Windows 10, I know Windows won't be activated, but need to contact MS and ask for new key citing reason as mother board change.
But really that's not the case I am changing MB and CPU also. that's one of the concerns.

My Config is in my Signature.
You can go with Haswell Config and re-use your RAM Modules.By the way you can Install Windows 8.1 and upgrade from it again in case of any Motherboard change.OK.
You can go with the following Haswell Config:

Intel Core i5 4460 -13000,
MSI H97M-G43 -7000,
Antec VP550P -4000,
Corsair SPEC-01 -3400.

Their prices include VAT but mine is excluding VAT. Never go with Corsair VS Series SMPS.
You can also go to Swetha Computers and talk with Moolchand about the prices.

Trust me dude! I live in vijayawada and I've recently purchased components from Arun computers. Their prices are the best you can get, save for Nehru place (Delhi). As sunil said, I've taken a morning train to secunderabad purchased the components by 2PM and boarded the return train by 4PM. Voila! Total expenses: PC=30K and travelling + food = 500 INR

Oh, Ok. You suggested Antec right? Do I really need that high-priced PSU? I know SMPS should be with good quality but doesn't the cheap one do the job?

One more+1 for Arun computers. Does they assemble for free with the purchase of items? Are the buses available from Secunderabad station to CTC and vice versa conveniently, are you gone by auto? Sorry I've visited CTC once 10 years back. Can't remember.

Cheaper PSUs might get the job done but they're made of cheap components and doesn't deliver the actual power they advertise to deliver. Being a victim of cheaper PSUs I strongly recommend you to go for a well rated PSU. My previous rig was completely burnt due to a cheap PSU.

In any build, PSU is a vital component and deserves a decent investment.

Yes, they do assemble the components for free but I have done it myself. CTC is hardly 1.5 KMS from Secunderabad station. I took an auto from station (paid 60 to and fro)

What to do if purchased item fails to work with in 2 days, do we need to visit CTC again or bear the charges for sending the item through courier to them?.

In case of failure, you need to visit the nearest service center for RMA. Else you can send it to them by courier. Please talk to them regarding such issues while purchasing.

You guys are really helpful. Is it better to go with 1 8GB RAm or pair of 2*4GB will perform more better? Corsair SPEC-01 of estimated price without VAT 3400 suggested by bssunilreddy seems is a gaming case, but aims to provide good ventilation and more fan provisions for fitting. Do I actually need this case? As my requirement is not gaming? Can I get any other type of case with better brand name?

For memory go for a sinlge 8GB module if you're planning to add a second stick in the near future or else 2 X 4GB sticks perform better being in a dual-channel mode but the performance boost is hardly discernible.

For cabinet, consider Antec X1-T. I got it for 2500INR. It's a good looker and comes with two pre-installed 120mm fans, transparent side window, kensington locks for HDD/optical drive. Go for it if cable management is not an issue for you.

Is this the best configuration I can get for 34,000?
Intel Core i5 6500
Gigabyte B150M-D3H
Corsair Vengeance 8GB 2133Mhz DDR4,
Antec VP550P -4000,
Corsair SPEC-01 /Antec X1-T.
Is there a thread in this forum that offers info about best cabinets under 4000? And want to know same about DDR4 RAMs, are brands really doesn't matter? Which RAM performs better? Kingston' or Corsair's? Or mention others if any you know?
