Guys, I need a monitor for my gaming build. This will be used for gaming and wathcing movies. So, I would like you to recommend me IPS panels.
Monitor should be 27", 1440p and should have a displayport. Please reply. I need to get it within the next 2 days or so.

Actually, I was going to get an Asus PG279Q, but its not available in India. And I was told to wait till March for it which I simply could not.

I heard this monitor has qc issues. BLB and IPS glow. So, if I get such a model, I will have to send it back again which will take a long time and I can't do anything without a monitor. Please suggest me which is readily available in India. I am also open to monitors below 40k given that they have 1440p, IPS and displayport. Or can you suggest me in the 24-27" screen range?

Is 27" and 1440p the max size and resolution you would need ?

In that budget I would suggest nothing less than LG 34UM67 or 34UC87. 21:9 ultrawide is the way to go.

Sorry, but my table wouldn't fit in more than 28 inches. Also, no space on the sides for the ultra wide. I hate ultra wides anyways. 16:9 is best for me. Also, I would have gone for Asus pg278q, but its tn panel stops me from getting it. Tried hard for pg279q, but available nowhere. Will DELL U2715H be readily available. Is DELL good in terms of quality? Which one is better: DELL U2515H or U2715H?
Also, is DELL UP2716D available in India? I can't wait any longer to buy now. Please suggest some models which are good and easily available!!!

I don't know why you hate ultrawide, but they are really awesome.(Specially in productivity)

There is no difference in U2515H and U2715H, except those 2 inches. But, none of them support G Sync, and they both have 8 ms response time and are 60Hz.

You are better off buying ASUS MG279Q

Asus MG279Q has a freesync display. On the other hand, there are no g-sync monitors available anywhere near me. The dealers have to import it which will take almost a month. So, I am going with the Dell 2715H as bssunilreddy said. Any other monitor which is better than this? Or should I just get this?
