Keep practising bro, else you will ofcourse forget things. Practise things everyday. Infact try to create something on your own, and waste time on thinking concept. Just develop anything that's there in the market if you can't think of anything.

Well, I believe, you are only targetting MNC's? Why don't you join SME's or Startup's? Yeah, they will give you like 5k - 8k or 10k at max, but what you need is experience now bro.

If you want to be software professional, then be determined to find the same. Noida do have good oppurtunities. Why don't you look after (not-so-known) companies, you'll surely find something. I keep getting mails for Noida location, so it's obvious you'll find it too.

Can you look into why it doesn't work ? Anything specifically hindering you ?

2 years is a long time to know where you fall short.

I have tried a lot even in small cmpny

but it doesnt work

As pointed out by Faun already, you need to find the cause then bro. For MNC's aptitude test, GD etc. and all matters, but for SME's or Startup's it's only the knowledge that matters.

Try to answer this questions to yourself.
1. Which technology platform you are targeting?
2. Do you have confidence of delivering a project on that platform on your own? End to End?
3. How do you feel about the basics of CS?
4. How many questions you are able to answer in an interview?
5. Do you validate those answers on internet / book after coming back?

See, unlike MNC's, SME's or Startup's doesn't push much on communication skill's, HR Discussion and all. They are core businessman, if they get 60k from you then only they will offer 6k to you.

Also, in these kind of companies, you'll actually learn things. I have seen many peoples who started at MNC, and now they are at good position, but lacks very basic things sometimes. MNC's work culture and SME's work culture is very different. It's much like family at SME's.

MNC's mainly focus on Process, Process and Process. They apply all the theories possible. But that's not bad. They do it for a reason. And they need those to maintain such big setup throughout the world.

On the other hand, at SME's, boss will call you, pick up a sticky note, write down the phone number and give it to you. You need to call him or go to him, understand the requirements, develop and deliver the project. You need to do everything end-to-end. Well profit? You'll learn a lot, a lot more than working at MNC's. Because at MNC's, projects are such huge that even your manager knows 1/4th of the thing.

But, you'll only enjoy this if you want to learn things, if you want to do RnD. SME's gives you that scope to do RnD on anything. Whereas in MNC's you just need to follow HLD's. You are just a machine who converts English to <YOUR_LANGUAGE> with some logic of yours.

2 years was a long time for you to have an insight and try out something desperate, or at least to try to learn something new and apply it. something like adding some interesting points to your cv :

nowadays some people are trying out android app developments and publishing them on android markets, it would have been counted as an achievement in any fresher's cv.

Why don't you try freelancing? You can be your own boss. ;)

u may also try out freelance as shah said, it will at least utilize ur time a bit and will add up some exp points in ur cv.

also i would say seriously take up public service exam preparations and appear in them.
