Need: Motherboard, Cabinet, PSU and UPS for my 1.5L rig.

Hi I've posted here before and filled the form so I won't repeat myself. I'm mainly concerned about the 1.5l rig as that is the one I'm personally building for myself. I'm running into major delays getting this pc ready due to being extremely busy and travelling a lot. :( Anyways...

So I already have following parts based on suggestions from that thread:
Intel i5 4690k
Cooler Master Hyper 212X
G.Skill RipjawsX 1600 MHz 4 GB x2
ASUS Strix 970x2 - SLI

This is a 1440p gaming machine if that affects anything.

So I still need suggestions on:
- Cabinet: wanted to get Phantom 530 is simply unavailable everywhere. I need alternative which will house all this and have excellent airflow as I might overclock in future.
- Motherboard: need one with SLI support. Suggestions I got were Asus sabertooth z97 mark 2, MSI Z97S SLI PLUS and ASUS Z97-A. Which one is ideal? And will all of them work and have proper support for an SLI 1440p rig? Will it all work with my CPU cooler and all other parts? I don't want to make mistake here as I'll be ordering online so returning might be difficult.
- PSU: one person suggested 750W and another 620W. Please tell me which one and how much watts I actually need!
- I need a UPS as power cuts are big problem here. I have a home UPS for essential power lines but I feel that won't be enough. So please give suggestions.

I'm already overshooting my 1.5L budget mainly cos I don't have time to go around locally for best deals/bargaining and need to buy online, so please try to keep budget for these parts ~30k if possible.

Actually I already have ordered/have most of the parts based on what I posted. Just needed to double check for PSU, UPS, cabinet and motherboard based on what I already have. :)

Both the cabinet and PSU are out of stock everywhere. Please suggest alternative.

for cabinet try 400R/300R. Its not stylish but its great. For psu got with TX750, M12II 750,Seasonic X750(?)
haven't checked the prices tho.

For the psu side get either M12II 750(RMA can be a bit problematic), or go with the GX II 750 from CoolerMaster(has decent feedback : Coolermaster GX II 750W Review).
the seasonic is better but as i have already said..RMA situation is sketchy.

What is the issue with RMA? they're not providing or it's a hassle?
