my config is i5 4440,b85 d3h mb with 520w psu and dell s2240l .can i buy gtx 770 to play games?

520w is more than enough for GTX770.

Minimum System Wattage recommended by the Manufacturer is 600W. So I would say NO.

that PSu can handle your rig with GTX 770 easily.
