Upgrading my PC.. Suggestions please!!

Right off the assembly line
My desktop works pretty fine. I was a hardcore gamer and completed so many games (ex: COD series upto MW2, MOH, STALKER Clear sky/COP/SOC, Fear, Far Cry, Batman, Singularity, Metro, NFS, DIRT and so on) in my current desktop but last year some terrible thing happened. I got a JOB. So I'm no longer a frequent gamer yet not retired. My GPU failed to run GTA 4 and splinter cell conviction and then it burned off due to excessive heat (I guess so). I didn't buy a GPU since then.

Now I want to upgrade my PC. I already have
22" Samsung display
4.1 Creative Speakers
and I need suggestions on

Processor --- I have "Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 @ 2.93GHz"
MotherBoard- I have "ASUSTeK Computer INC. P5KPL-AM/PS (Socket 775)"
GPU----- I have "MSI N9400GT 1GB"
RAM -- 2GB

Also suggest a Cabinet with good cooling capability and a good PSU...
Total budget 25k...

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Gaming and HD Movies

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 25k

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: Nope

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 8

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 1TB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Nope

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Hard Disk, Monitor, Speakers, RAM.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: This month.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Assembler!!

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Buying locally or Online (in case of unavailability)

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: 25K budget is for Motherboard, Processor and GPU.

Fantastic Configuration... Thank You. Especially GeForce GTX 650 Ti.. I think its even faster than HD 7770...

:doogone: , Op try to get the HD 7850 @ 13k or Atleast the HD 7790 @ 11k ... It will be worth the money .

I think gtx 660 is available at 12.4k at smc international. If possible get that.
