I've had some pretty large battles in my career as a general, but nothing even remotely close to this scale.

That seems like something that would happen in real life battlefields too, especially since you don't have a convenient HUD with all details and shortcuts to help you.:-D

No actually the sheer amount of Army you are commanding and so many types and each with specific strength and weakness makes it confusing. :)

Turn based campaign map managing your empire/clan and building cities and armies with real time battles when armies collide.

In the zone
The game has two parts:

1. Campaign Map - this is where you build buildings, train troops and give orders to your agents and armies to move or attack. This part is turned based.
2. Battle Map - Once your army attacks an enemy or is attacked by them, a battle starts on a large battle map. This part is RTS.
