sudden performance drop in laptop gpu

i have asus k53sm it was running all games perfectly and now suddenly every game lags horribly when i play it.
1) I have performed clean installation of latest drivers
2) the 630m gpu is showing working properly in device manager
3) deleted all the junk
4) checked the profiles in nvidia control panel
5) switched to performance mode
the strange part is the games run better with the inbuilt intel card compared to the 2GB nvidia card:-?

is my graphic card damaged?
I have not install any new software and my lappy was in the same place all the time:cry:

Which games don't run properly? What resolution are you playing at? Are you keeping all graphics setting on max? Are you using drivers from ASUS site? If not use them.
Also it might very well be a virus/malware problem that's keeping the cpu busy in the background. Do a updated antivirus scan.
Defragment the drives the games are in.

Other than the Games are you able to run other tasks (CPU intensive ) fluently like earlier ???
Can you post a screenshot of the System resources from the Resource manager ?? That can help in identifying any unwanted process consuming your system resources.

Can you also check the Max values and Avg. values of the GT630m GPU from the GPUZ tool. , while running the games ???

If you look closely at the task manager screenshot you will the that one svchost.exe that's using up 24% of the CPU doesn't have the description of "host process for windows" which makes my doubt of it being a virus malware than anything else.

AAaaand he has reported that when he changes to Nvidia dGPU , that svchost.exe process gets terminated. So most likely there is a good chance of malicious programms/Virus like you said.

Noteably its using the network as well , so it can be something fishy.
