Best android device within 22k

Hello guys out there. I am looking for an android phone for 20-22k budget range.
I am looking for
Must have been upgradable to android jelly bean
al least 4" screen with 250 ppi pixel density
at least 1 GHz dual core processor
at least 768 MB of RAM preferably 1 GB
best audio quality can compete with ipod.
I have shortlisted some phone and if there are some better options pls do tell.
sony xperia p
htc sensation xe
htc sensation
htc evo 4g
htc phones are not upgradable to jelly i hope for a future update
not willing to buy a samsung phone.

I would have suggested the S2. The screen is really sharp,Not noticeable at all.
But since you specifically mention 250 ppi, check out the Xperia P.

Htc sensation out of what you have shortlisted and if you can find one in market as its out of stock almost everywhere.

though, suggest u increase budget to 2k more and get Galaxy s2. It sure has little less ppi but it doesnt matter much when you are getting excellent overall package i.e good cam quality, internal 16gb+32gb ext, good sound, JB update. far better than the shortlisted ones.
else if you want looks, excellent sound & all what s2 has, then Htc One S. much better than even sgs2 in every department & only gripe is there's no external card slot.

better avoid buying mobiles without warranty

if you cant increase your budget then go with any of the above two suggested. with L9 @18.5k, u can save a lot and IMO is the best droid overall within 20k.

If you are fine with 16gb internal storage & no ext. card slot, then xperia P fits the best as it fulfills all your needs with great audio & camera quality, good screen, aluminium build, decent performance and cool looks.

LG L9 for 19k, or Sony Xperia SL for 25k.

Xperia P has a pathetic battery, if you buy it do carry a charger around, maybe around your neck all the time /no offense.

xperia z will be available above 30k that is for sure. I mean look at the specs sheet if that phone will be available within my budget then all other phone won't sell..

really confused about buying from ebay all have different opinions, anyone out there who bought from ebay. I did some research on the seller's info and it seems to be good with very good positive feedback.

dont just go by looks and get fooled by beats name. the beats audio is a crap in audio world. if you see audio test as per gsmarena, the FR curve of XE is pathetic and no audiophile in a world would like that. and i guess you mentioned ipod like audio quality in your needs. cam quality also not that good.
Xperia p is better in everything what you need with not so good battery. else wait till next month for MWC.

i can sacrifice battery for other good things also i am getting an offer on xperia s with a on the go battery charger at. reliance digital.
having a look at htc one s. I think priced around 23k what about it, any idea.
