Yes, It is a pressure and tilt sensitive pen tablet.
Purpose: digital drawing/painting with Photoshop and Corel painter or any digital art software.
also works with 3D graphics.

I have no clue as I've never seen any of these in physical shape. What I've gathered from online videos so far is that the small size might seem a bit too small, so the medium size should be good to go, right?
