No highs, No lows = Bose.
Now that I ve decided to go for the HD 7770 - I ve to choose one of the following Variants -
1] ASUS variant - I am getting this locally for a price of 9.3 k -
check it on flipkart - Asus AMD/ATI HD 7770 Direct CU 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card | Graphics Card | Flipkart.com.

2]MSI variant- getting this one locally for 9.5 k.
check on itwares - *www.theitwares.com/r7770pmd1gd5-radeon-7770-edition-128bit-gddr5-express-hdcp-graphic-card-p-3047.

These 2 variants are available locally.

3] Gigabyte variant [OC] ---- on smc --- I never bought anything from here. But I ve come to know its a reliable site --- correct me if I am wrong.
MSI R7770-2PMD1GD5/OC Graphic Card

However I think these guys dont ship out of the NCR with the cash on delivery option [As I ve just turned 18 and dont have a net ac/credit card]. To add to it, I also didn't notice any warranty period on the product on that page. Hence, I am skeptical about this one --- unless you guys suggest otherwise.

THANKS.

The asus variant is the best. It has the best cooler out of the three. After that the gigabyte.
But don't spend more than 10k on a 7770. See if you can source the asus card for any cheaper or Better get a gtx 560 for that money.

Okay.
See if you can order with smc. Then you might get it almost 1k cheaper. They are very reliable. They also accept bank deposits apart from net banking.

My vote to the cheaper one. ;)

But I don't see a warranty period on the SMC page. Still you'd vote for it //

edit - given that the asus has 3 years warranty period and available at a local shop 20 mins from my home.
