wrong GPU in g6 2005ax

Ok. I know what you are about to say. You'll say that dont worry its 7670m and its just showing as 7600m. But that seems not to be the case here.

Here is my point. In adobe photoshop cs6. IF you got to perference > performance > . First you'll see cs6 too showing a 7640+7600. if you enter advanced mode from there , you'll see that you cannot tick opencl because its faded. This only happens with graphic cards that do not support opengl/opencl. But I know that 7670m supports both. So my point is, If it really was just showing 7600 then how come I cannot use opencl features despite having it. This is a serious issue because without opencl support you lose a lot of time on cs6 , and many functions too. Whats the point in spending 35k on a laptop that cannot even run a fully-functional ps6, leave aside the big games?!

Ok, so I rest my case. To the xperts now.

try using a single GPU. crossfire have a lot of problems even with games. try 7640G and 7670M separately or try updating driver to 12.8 but using single GPU should fix the problem.

OK, verified. Actually despite opencl being shown as faded, I can use all the functions that opencl adds to photoshop. I should have checked before going hysteric I guess . So, I do not need to worry . I even unisntalled 12.8 and installed a previous version in the hope that the problem gets solved. I'll install 12.8 again
