Yeah Logitech G400 is great but I am not sure if you can get it in 20$ , if you have small hands you might wanna look at g300 but I think Gigabyte GM -M6880 is pretty good and you can change DPI of the mouse from a button on it too .

@soyab0007 , I think it would be better if you go to a store in your city that sells these mouse and personally grip them and feel them , so you would know which is better and comfortable for you. Because I think , things like , mouse , keyboard , looks of cabinet change from user to user - some would prefer one and other could prefer some other .
