Ok my budget is between 25k

I asked desibond for a config he suggested me this for 18k

Core i5 750: 10.5k
Gigabyte P55 board: 7k (you need external GPU)
Corsair DDR3 1333MHz RAM 2GB : 3k-3.5k

or

Phenom II X4 955 BE: 9k-10k
MSI 785G based board: 4.5k-5k
Transcend 2x2Gb DDR3 1333MHz : 5k-5.5k

My requirements are

Running some resource eating softwares
Hardcore internet usage
casual gaming lol

Please rebuild my CPU.. I guess I don't need a GPU as I am not much interested in gaming

windows 7 should run perfectly but..

that's it....

Thanks everyone ..

Within 6K you can get Acer LCD which I don't recommend. Get atleast Samsung 2033SW.

If you don't wanna game then there is no point of getting those ultra high end Core i5 or Phenom II X4... instead settle for Phenom II 720 BE or Athlon II 620.. those are far more cheap and will be sufficient for your usage..

Phenom II X3 720 BE - 7.5k
Athlon II X4 620 - 6k ( I guess)..
Biostar TA 790 GX BE Mobo - under 5k...
4 GB RAM - 2500
Gigabyte 460 W PSU - 2000
WD 500 GB HDD - 2700
Cabinet - 1-2k

and go for that Samsung monitor...

Dell E1909W is for 6.5k. Samsung 2033 SW @ 6.8k is a minimum one should buy.

MSI 785GM-E51 is for 4.6k with DDR3 support. Get Phenom II X4 945 @ 8.5k and save 1k on CPU with losing a clock of 0.2GHz. 955BE is 3.2 and 945 is 3GHz.

DDR2 RAM is like 2k+ for 2GB so get DDR3 minimum. I recommend the MSI 785GM-E65 @ 5.6k along with DDR3 support.

hi guys

For the lcd within 6 -7k go for the awesome aoc f19.
Its great for the price and received the gold buy award in digit review.
I guess you should stick with the core i5 750 proccy as its future proof and beats all phenom 2's.

For the board get the gigabyte p55 ud2 and if in a tight budget the intel dp55wb shall do fine at 6.3k.

The Intel offerings presently are too confusing and are demanding a premium. I will recommend sticking with AMD. Simple two sockets AM2+ and AM3 and AM3 backward compatible. Support for both DDR2 & 3. It gives you the independence of choice. So, it is the best. And the AMD config that you’ve mentioned looks good. Go for it. As for the monitor, there’s the BenQ T2200HD which is retailing currently for around 8.5k. At that price, it is a steal and you’ll never regret getting a big monitor any day. Bigger the better.

For gaming rig, at least 30-35k will be required.

Here goes your suggestion

1. Processor: Athlon II X4 620 @ 5k
2. Mobo: MSI 785GM-E51(AM3, DDR3, 4 ram slots)@4.5k
3. Ram: Kingston 2 GD 1333 MHz DDR3 @ 2.4k
4. HDD: Seagate 7200 RPM 500 GB SATA 2.4k
5. Cabinet: Zebronics Bijli @ 1.4k
6. PSU: Cooler Master RS500-PCARA3 xtreme Power + 500W @ 2.8k
7. Monitor: BenQ G2020HD 20" LCD Monitor @ 6.5k
8.PowerColor HD4850 1GB GDDR3 @ 7.2k

Total 32.2k.
Street price is lower.
Now for graphics card, I suggest you to wait for few days for the DX 11 card price to be decreased. I think at December the price for 5750 will be 7k to 8k. Go for that one.

What vickybat said above is right. Get a CM RealPower 460W or a Corsair VX450.

Hi Krates

Go for the GTS 250 instead of 9800gt.The former performs better at roughly the same price.Look for either zotac or palit versions.

Instead of a 9800GT or a GTS250 I would rather suggest a HD4850 which scales better at higher resolutions.
