Nope 4650 is more VFM and more powerful than 9500 GT.. 9500 GT IMO, is just for decoding HD videos, while 4650 can be used for playing many games in medium quality.. My friend has this card and he's able to play Crysis on his 19" monitor in medium quality..

"just for decoding HD videos" ? For that you have 8400GS and HD3450 under 2K, or IGPs like GMA4500(M)HD, HD3200, HD3300, HD4200, GF8200, GF8300, GF9200, GF9300, GF9400, etc. Why do you need a 3K GPU to decode HD videos ?
9500GT is as strong as an 8600GTS which had no problems with crysis at medium quality. Obviously HD4650 is better than 9500GT, but unless you get either of them under 3K, whats the point in even mentioning them ?

I know HD4650 DDR2 perform better than 9500GT DDR3.
But the price difference is 1K.
That's why I said that 9500GT more VFM.
Why I pay 1K more for very few more fps ?.....
