oh yes i have new samsung 2233SW monitor. loooks great feels good :D but my 8600GT is underperforming at 1902*1080 res.
i bought it in sp road bangalore for 10.2k and the DVI cable for Rs500 extra total 10.k :D.

my next buy is going to be 9800GX2 until then i have to adjust.

9800GX2 is far outdated card. GTX 260/275 performs similar consuming half the power and costs much lower.

btw, congrats for 2233SW.

True. 9800GX2 is heavily overpriced monster than can rip off your street's transformer :)

Get GTX275 or HD4890.

9800GX2 is slightly faster than GTX275 but this GPU alone takes 580W power under load. You will end up paying huge power bills for 2 to 3 fps difference.

add to that noise, amount of space that this monster takes.

It's a useless buy now. If you want something better than GTX275, get GTX285.

25k is way way way out of budget. i will buy 275 that is to some extent reasonable. and will it be ok with my current config?

and nix its big monitor, i think you can connect DVD player. the monitor has DVI port and VGA port too.
