me and my 3 friends wanna connect our PCs Via D-Link Switcher we connected our Pcs with CAT-5 Cable.
the cable lengths are.
From Switch to me 10mtrs.
from Switch to my 1st friend 35 mtrs.
from Switch to my 2st friend 45 mtrs.
from Switch to my 3st friend 40 mtrs.
me and my 1st friend made home network and its all fine. but 3rd friend is also showing connected but not pinging to us. and 2nd friend it showing unplugged(we chcked the cable, cable is fine).
why we are loosing connectivity? because of long distance? we are using simple CAT-5 Cable can Fiber Optic Cable Help us?
or is there is any kind of hardware in market that can be use like a booster?
please guys help..
