I'm on cyanogen 12.1 and replaced my battery too but still my phone gets random restarts. any solution?

How does it reboot?Is it while you waking your phone through power button?

Most often when i download any file and sometimes when i'm doing some task it gets restarted.

Are you using any custom kernel?Is CM 12.1 came with your phone or you installed it?Recent CM builds are unstable try older builds or blisspop is good too.
