There already had been tutorials about converting Xp to vista.



Well heres the aero effect and flip 3d.

All others had been covered earlier.

Actually, it isn't much of a tutorial and you can rest assured that those who seriously intend to make their XP look like Vista are already aware of these two applications and the theme.
