Yahoo msgenger 7 Issues!!!!!!

Dear friends
I am using Yahoo 7,0,2,120
My prblm i am not able to call Anybody
whereas i am to receive incoming Calls

Try figuring out the prblm and help me
Tryied all the combinations in Preferences>Calling and audio But to no avail
I am using Pccilin Internet security 2006
Can this be the prblm.

maybe the person at the other end is using older version of yahoo messenger.Both calling and receiving end should have the same version.

Why are u wasting ur time in yahoo
when u have skype???????
And wht phatratt said must be 100% d case

Do u have a third party firewall installed? If yes, then see if u have configured it correctly, that is whether u have allowed yahoo messenger proper access (both incoming & outgoing) to the internet...
