XP not shutting properly bcoz of REAL PLAYER!!!!!!!!

i cannot shutdown my PC running win XP properply (i.e. thru the turn off command) whenever i use real player (i've got d latest ver.).

i have ZA in my PC with component control turned on.

whenever i start real player ZA component control shows me 2 progs - realplay.exe and realshed.exe - which open automatically.

whenever i try to shut these down by CTRL+ALT+DEL the PC hangs.

Stop using Real Player. It's bloatware. Use Real Alternative instead.

1. Go to Start
2. Type "msconfig"
3. Go to start-up tab.
4. Disable these two processes.

i downloaded real player alternative and my system is running fine.
