"HungAppTimeout" = 5000 (Default value)
"WaitToKillAppTimeout" = 4000 (Default is 20000).

"WaitToKillServiceTimeout" = 4000

I just loaded up Second Life which uses a HECK of alot of memory and it closed almost instantly and this game used to hang like crazy so this must be doing the trick.
