Xolo Play Tegra note-issues

My new tab,which I bought only a few months back is facing the following issues:

Tegra app doesn't launch when the stylus is removed
Not able to pair via bluetooth with Samsung Galaxy Y
Wifi tethering is not implemented properly
On enabling Wireless display to Samsung smart TV via Wifi Direct only sound is played via TV
Certain installed apps don't run at all
Frequently the device becomes slow or hangs

--->Android Version:4.2.2. Internal Memory Free Space:Around 1 GB.

If u know how to root n stuff Try to Do a factory reset Or Reinstalling RoM solves problem at some parts

Probably some other app is interfering with that terga app Again factory reset should solve it up
