Xolo A700- Is it best possible Droid in ~10k Or Suggest any other phone

A week back had almost finalized Nokia Lumia 520 for my sister-in-law but she is interested in Android only[due to lots of free app].
Major Requirements are :-
Dual Sim
Dual Core Cortex A9
4-4.5 inch Display
better battery life.

We could have almost gone for Huawei Ascend G510 if the specs mentioned by GSMarena were true. Still the specs are unclear to me.

I've almost finalised Xolo A700.Could be sourced @7500 from local market. how is that phone? Need your views & opinions.

Second option is lenovo A800 but only gripe is about Update to Jelly bean & Will it better option by spending almost 2-2.5k more.

I also heard that Xolo A.S.S is not good, but had a good experience with them recently.
Bought a Xolo X500 in Feb. 2013, whose camera was not working. They got my handset picked up from home and arranged for replacement, although after consistent follow up.

Don't know about Huawei A.S.S

Tentitive Delivery date - 18th may 2013.

Getting phone from her will be a tough task so detailed review won't be possible but I will try to give my impression along with some pics.

How is music quality of huawei y300 through earphones ?
Does it have good power amplifier at least to drive 16 ohms iems?

Finally got the fone yesterday i.e 10th may @10.30am, opened up box today but yet to activate the fone.
Will post detailed impressions later on but first I desperately need SCREEN PROTECTOR as he screen is fingerprint magnet.

Short Updates on Huawei Ascend Y300- My First few hrs with huawei Y300

Pros
1.Gr8 Display in 8k budget,
2.Very Good Built Quality,
3.Sound from Ear Piece is very clear & loud[Even same is confirmed from opp. caller]
4.Feels Premium in hand considering the budget phone

Cons
1.Volume of Loud speaker is very low even in indoors. There will be problem in hearing an incoming call especially for ladies who put their phone in purses.
2.Memory hog.
I guess we are hardly getting 340-350mb of usable ram. After 15-20 min of handling the phone [normal phone function & not a single game]the free ram gets as low as 55mb but never felt any lagging.
3. Found problem in registering touch sometimes



There is an update[international site] for Huawei Y300-0100 model which retails in India but when I clicked on online update no updates were found.

Hope an update may solve the above cons.
