xbox 360 and ps3 games on pc???

hey guys is it possible to play xbox 360 and ps3 games on new gaming pc. as i'm looking to configure a new gaming pc and need to know if it possible or i need to add or remove any hardware component to do that and also which software is required to do that.

None till now.Don't stay in a big hope that there is going to be one soon enough.As such people at PCSX2(Playstation 2 emulator) are working very hard to get it perfected to play the PS2 games & the results are very random.It's not easy for a emulator to be developed & definetly not for a next generation console atleast.
