Windowws Vista 1.4 MB (can that be true!)

It is full microsoft windows vista...this is magic that file size is only 1.4 MB BUT when u download it it will convert 720 MB DATA and full windows..it is not joke,download it and try it...100% full windows in 1.4 mb data

I found this on a forum and I just want to ask :
1) Is this legal
2)Can it be true ort some trick to install trojan/virus on PC!
To me looks like some malware containing piece!

it must be definitly compressed by KGB archiver , it has great compression ability but requires fast processor and huge RAM.

btw..................vista is supposed to be 2.3 Gig right?? this one's only 700 mb!!

it is true. But the tricky part is that for extracting it, you may have to keep the PC on for a long long long time.

how could i compress my any data to such a small size

it was longhorn setup cd not vista..but the compression is ultimate..

plz tell me any software name or technique to compress to such a level
