so every time i switch on the system i have to remove and put the ram back
I have formatted my pc but still the same problem continues
Is it hardware problem or software??

The problem is not with ur OS, but with ur motherboard battery, somehow ur BIOS is unable to remember settings.
Check ur motherboard battery, in addition check ur RAM (though I don't think theres any problem with RAM, but theres a lil chance of it;)).
