Windows Xp CD always asked

I am always asked to insert Windows Xp professional Cd

How to remove this from asking.

Certain system files may have been modified by Spyware / and or Spyware removal tools. Just stick you Windows CD in the drive and leave it there until all requests disappear.

hay again n again i put the cd in agian it asks
i have got frustrated

have u installed a transformation pack or anything ?
what was the last thing u installed before the error started popping up ?
best way to get rid of it is to pop in the cd and run
sfc /scannow
from start => run

no this happened from the bigening.
Please tell me how to disable this
means to disable this asking of cd
