Windows server restrictions

I have win2k server running in a network.I want to restrict the clients from changing the wallpapers and sreensavers.Plz help.

cre8 a user profile and use Windows Security Policies to deny acces 2 dat user 2 control panel, but not sure if it wud prevent d user from accesing d "Display properties window "from d desktop tho

on second thought itna bhi kya bigad gaya agar kisi ne tera wallapepr badal diya. comp virus se infect ho jayega kya? life mein aur bahut kuch restrict karne layak hain. un pe dhyan de, buddy.
