Windows server 2003, need help

how do i connect to the net using reliance in this os(windows server 2003), it says it'll run in 95, 98, me, 2000 & xp only.

dont install the rconnect... rather manualy config ur modem.... install the driver in the LG serial & the LG USB modem... now make a new connection... R connect the dialling number is #777..... user name & password will be ur ph no without the "0" before the std code.....

havent try by my self as i am still waiting for my one....
