Windows & crashes with blue screen

Hi
I've recently installed windows 7 home premium and suddenly the whole screen goes black and then it again becomes normal and then an error message saying "Display Driver has stopped working and has now recovered" appears. Then the screen goes black again and a blue screen appears saying something like "dumping so-and-so files" and a lot more other stuff which unfortunately I cant tell u because I couldn't read fast enough and then it reboots.
This has been happening repeatedly but randomly and I know its not overheating because I use a desktop and never had any such problems with XP. Please tell me what to do to fix this.
These are my PCs specifications
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7200 @2.53Gz
RAM 2GB
32-bit OS
Display Adapter: Intel(R) G35 Express Chipset Family

If there are any other specs I need to send kindly inform me. I'm not very good with this stuff.
Thanks

Mahn...i too can't understand the problem...The tips or things which I'll is not sure to be correct.

Try to reinstalling your OS and try installing new drivers[I don't know much about drivers]
Try checking your CPU if any wires are loosed, damaged etc... or any other...dont worry about your monitor,IMO,it's all right..

Download and install latest Display and Chipset driver for your machine from Intel website.
This would do fine.
