windows 7 video playback

guys whenever i try to play any video on my pc it first opens my k-lite codec pack and then my window flashes for 2-5 times and then it continues to play the video.why it happens?is it a prob or anythng else coz it irritates me and aftr sometimes(1-2 hrs latr) my pc gets slower?

What do you mean be opening K lite codec pack. I mean there are so many counter parts of this pack which one specifically runs???
About your PC. Nah man its faster than mine and I don't have problem like that then you shouldn't have.

Run a video file using VLC and report back what happens.

Thanks but i already solved the problem. I just reinstalld k-lite with changing it's settings and probl;em solved and the main prob was ithat i was using home cinema 1.2 which i changed to 6.2
