did you recently installed any new hardware? you don't have any GPU right?

what is the frequency of this error? try removing your ram one by one and check..

If this error is too random, occurs once in a while then u need to do stress test to determine..

Download "memtest" and then post the results..

This can be caused by many problems.
When did this random occurance of bsod start?
If it is after a recent hardware change then you will have to check that hardware item.

Viruses can cause it.
I currently have a virus in my PC doing just that when I end its process.

Undead!!!
Following is a generic list of solutions for almost all crashes ,freezes ,restarts and bsod associated with windows 7 and other common probs
1.cHECK ALL your drivers are uptodate specially video drivers.
2.Have your antivirus updated and scan the whole sytem atleast once and even if not that be sure to check the system drive(c/ in most cases)
3.Check for overheating problem in your pc case by checking with hand if any particular part is too hot
4.Check All your fans are working fine
5.Resort To windows automatic repair utility to fix sytstem files error
6.If all the above fails maybe its time for fresh install
and please specify if this problem has started after new hardware or software install and check if removing that fixes the problem
KEEP URSELF AWAY FROM FLASHING UR BIOS IF REALLY DONT NEED TO!!THAT CAN KILL YOUR SYSTEM IF DONE THE WRONG WAY.
