Windows 10 quick questions.

^^i think he is having laptop and recently upgraded his OS to Win10. Even i dont have bluetooth drivers now. I had in Win7. My laptop supports bluetooth.

for updates do i choose the AUTOMATIC or NOTIFY TO SCHEDULE RESART mode for my now win 10 laptop

Select the "Notify to Restart one". I've had my pc restart awkwardly when it was at automatic(Windows itself decides an optimal time to restart when it's at automatic so it may overlap with normal usage)
