Win8 Shipping Query??

Hi, i purchased win8 online on 30th Jan online and asked for the backup disc. Its been more than a month now and still havn't recieved the Disc. how do i track this, coz i cant find any shipping tracking on thier site. (Location Mumbai)

btw why do u need that disc, you can make one yourself..

after i purchased Win8 they offered a disc for ₹1039 ..

lol.. no lightscribe here.. btw did u know Paint.NET sometimes works better than lightscribe..
did u really think that i took a pic of that disc to post that here..
